The coins is part of the series dedicated to the 50 U.S. states and celebrates the state of Minnesota. On the reverse side it represents a tree-lined lake with two people fishing, a loon on the water, and a textured outline of the State surrounding its nickname, "Land of 10,000 Lakes".
